Slightly degraded Nabla service

Our service has been slightly degraded today from ~8:40AM EST to ~12:30pm EST.

Symptoms: occasional HTTP 408 (timeout) & 500 (internal error) when contacting our API. These would typically result in some perceived "slowness" of our product for end users. Note that the overall rate of such errors remains relatively low.

We have deployed a mitigation hotfix. Since the problem is of intermittent nature, we are monitoring the situation to verify the fix over the next couple hours.
