The system sending mobile notifications when a user launches Nabla from their EHR was not functioning correctly.

Details:
An expired certificate caused the notifications to fail to send.
We mitigated the issue by renewing the failing certificate.
We are also taking longer-term action so this cannot happen again, as well as to detect mobile notifications problems faster.
